How do I join?+
Open the Affiliate tab in the Mermail console, choose your referral code, and add your PayPal payout email.
How are commissions calculated?+
Mermail records 10% of the net collected subscription order amount, excluding tax, for eligible referred paid workspaces.
When are commissions paid?+
Commission rows start as pending and are held for 30 days for refund review before payout processing.
Can I refer my own workspace?+
No. Mermail blocks self-referrals by checking whether the affiliate user is a member of the referred workspace.
